Introducing Musings: Beauty, Uncensored. - Artistic and editorial nude photography

For years, I've shared photography through portfolios, social media, publications, and more recently through Patreon. But over time, something interesting happened.
What began as a playful title attached to my personal art nude/glamour work gradually grew into something much larger.
The photographs were never really just about photographs.
The longer I spent creating them, the more I became fascinated by the people within them—their personalities, stories, ambitions, insecurities, confidence, humor, experiences, and the unique energy that makes someone unforgettable long after you've stopped looking at a picture.
Musings became a way to explore that.

At its core, Musings is an ongoing visual exploration of beauty—not simply as appearance, but as presence. It is a collection of moments, conversations, observations, and collaborations with remarkable women, told through photography, video, interviews, and editorial storytelling.

Sometimes those stories are told through fashion. Sometimes through lingerie. Sometimes through the absence of either. What has always interested me is not the amount of clothing present in an image, but the honesty of the moment itself. The confidence. The vulnerability. The humor. The mystery. The humanity.

The goal isn't simply to create images that are beautiful.
The goal is to create images that encourage people to look a little longer.
To move beyond first impressions.
To discover the personality, confidence, vulnerability, intelligence, ambition, and individuality that exist beneath the surface.

Beauty has never been particularly interesting to me when it exists only as something to be consumed. What interests me is the person carrying it. The experiences that shaped them. The contradictions that make them unique. The stories that emerge when someone feels comfortable enough to be fully seen.
That philosophy has led to an exciting evolution.

A New Magazine-Style Format
Beginning this month, Musings will adopt a publication-style format centered around a single Featured Muse each month centered around high quality artistic and editorial nude photography.
Rather than a constant stream of unrelated galleries, each month will focus on one woman, one story, and one visual world. Throughout the month, members will gain access to complete pictorials, behind-the-scenes content, articles, interviews, video features, outtakes, and additional material connected to that month's featured muse.
Between those releases, I'll continue sharing selected work from the archives, recent test shoots, casting sessions, travel imagery, and one-off editorial projects that don't necessarily fit within a featured story.
Every three months, these monthly features will be curated into a quarterly print and digital publication—an editorial experience that brings together photography, storytelling, interviews, and the personalities behind the images.
The publication isn't intended to be a collection of galleries. It's intended to feel like a collection of encounters. A snapshot of where someone was in their life at a particular moment in time. The photographs remain central, but they are only part of the story.

June Feature Story

Taylor S. — Rewilding
The first feature in this new format is rewilding, photographed at the E.E. Wilson Wildlife Refuge outside Corvallis.
Once a military installation and now a thriving wildlife refuge, the location became an unexpected reflection of the story itself. What was once controlled and structured has gradually been overtaken by something more natural, instinctive, and alive.
For Taylor, the past year has been marked by exploration and rediscovery. When original travel plans unexpectedly fell through, she made the decision to go anyway—embarking on a solo journey across Asia that challenged her to trust herself, adapt, and navigate the unfamiliar on her own terms. The experience strengthened her confidence and expanded her perspective, with Vietnam now high on her list of future destinations.
Modeling has become part of that same journey. Not as performance, but as self-discovery. A way to explore confidence, freedom, vulnerability, and presence through collaboration and creativity.
Shot in the final hours of daylight among tall grasses, open fields, and fading summer light, Rewilding is less about seduction than it is about inhabiting space fully—openly, honestly, and without apology.
Not a transformation into someone new.
A return to someone already there.

The first drop is available now, with the complete feature rolling out throughout the month inside Musings. on Patreon.
